Our Cairns Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across Far North Queensland.

n

In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate site activities, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The Role

n

n
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
n
- Supervise and coordinate site installers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification
n
- Conduct accurate site measurements and interpret architectural drawings
n
- Manage materials, prepare work orders, and coordinate procurement
n
- Provide hands-on support to installation teams when required
n
- Monitor project performance against budgets, timelines and KPIs
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in construction, glazing,



or aluminium, ideally progressed from a hands-on background
n
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurements
n
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes
n
