We are now looking to expand our bench with a privacy lawyer to support a global resources company.

n

As a privacy lawyer, you will need to:

n

n
- Have a minimum of 5 years PQE in-house or in private practice
n
- Provide legal advice on privacy and data protection laws across Australia
n
- Review and negotiate privacy and data-related contractual terms with suppliers, customers and partners
n
- Advise on data collection, use, disclosure,



retention and cross-border data transfers
n
- Provide legal support on cyber security incidents, data breaches and regulatory investigations
n
- Support privacy compliance programs and enterprise-wide governance initiatives
n
