Job Description

GAC International Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert diagnostics, repair guidance, and root-cause investigations for dealerships and service centers.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, collaborating with GAC engineering teams in China on advanced cases, product updates, and system enhancements, while delivering hands-on training to dealer technicians, EV/hybrid systems, and OEM service standards.
