Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, tax, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to support decision‑making processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against set targets.
- Lead and mentor a small team.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

- Qualified qualifications such as CPA or CA (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial reporting, tax, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.




- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, either SAP or Oracle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
