About the Role
n
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be key in executing complex financial transactions across M&A;, project finance, capital raising, and strategic advisory. You will collaborate with senior bankers, clients, and cross‐functional teams to drive deal execution and provide critical financial insights.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, valuation, and comparable company analysis to assess investment opportunities.
n
- Support mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, and restructuring activities.
n
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and economic conditions affecting clients' businesses.
n
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives, institutional investors, and key stakeholders.
n
- Assist in preparing transaction‐related documents, presentations,
and financial models for senior leadership and clients.
n
- Manage work streams, ensuring seamless execution of transactions while collaborating with legal, financial, and regulatory teams.
n

Who We're Looking For
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
n
- Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, project finance, corporate development, or investment management.
n
- Sector experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Renewables, or related fields is essential.
n
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
n
- Proficiency in financial research and data analysis tools.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid‐paced environment with strong attention to detail.
n
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team‐oriented setting.
n
- Knowledge of industry regulations and financial markets.
