About the Role

n

This is a working management role where you'll lead by example while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

n

You'll oversee warehouse operations, coordinate pick and pack activities, manage stock and freight, supervise warehouse assistants and contractors during busy periods, and ensure projects are prepared accurately and on time.

n

Working closely with our design and production teams, you'll manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse.

n

This is a high-volume, fast-paced workplace where strong organisation, time management and communication are essential.

n

You'll also support exhibition installations and project deliveries on site across Sydney when required.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
n
- Plan and prioritise warehouse activities
n
- Pick, prepare, pack and dispatch projects accurately, safely and on time
n
- Coordinate deliveries, freight and inventory
n
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming goods
n
- Maintain accurate stock, dispatch and inventory records
n
- Operate material handling equipment, including an electric pallet stacker and pallet mover
n
- Supervise warehouse assistants, casual labour and contractors during busy periods
n
- Load and unload company vehicles and freight
n
- Maintain a clean,



safe and organised warehouse
n
- Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines
n
- Support exhibition installations and project deliveries across Sydney when required
n

About You

n

You'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience executing, managing or supervising warehouse operations (essential)
n
- Experience leading warehouse staff, contractors or casual labour
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
n
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
n
- Physically fit and capable of safely undertaking manual handling and loading activities
n
- Current full Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle (essential)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Available to work on site across Sydney when required

Location & Hours

n

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our warehouse in Milperra, Sydney.

n

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility required during busy exhibition periods and project installations.
