As we expand globally, we're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead a high-performing boutique and uphold the Browns standard of excellence.

What We Want

- 10 years retail management experience in fine jewellery or luxury watches.

- Qualified in diamond grading and jewellery design.
n
- Proven track record leading successful boutique operations and delivering results.
n
- Confident leadership across recruitment, training and performance management.
n
- Proficient in stock management, merchandising and daily operations.
n
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales targets and driving growth.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium service standards.
n
- Genuine passion for luxury retail, building client relationships and team development.
n
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
