An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join a well-established organisation operating within a regulated environment. This role offers exposure across compliance advisory, incident and breach management, remediation programs, governance initiatives and regulatory engagement.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Governance, you will support the organisation's compliance framework through the coordination of compliance projects, incident management, breach reporting, remediation activities, and advisory support.

n

This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across compliance operations, governance, regulatory obligations, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and coordinate compliance projects and remediation initiatives
n
- Manage compliance incidents, breaches, complaints, and regulatory matters through to resolution
n
- Support breach reporting and regulatory notification obligations.
n
- Provide compliance advice and guidance to business stakeholders.
n
- Track remediation actions arising from audits, incidents, complaints, and regulatory reviews.
n




- Maintain compliance registers, action plans, and governance documentation.
n
- Prepare management reporting and regulatory response documentation.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across compliance processes and frameworks.
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in Compliance, Risk, Governance, Remediation, Regulatory Affairs, or Compliance Advisory.
n
- Background in financial services or another regulated industry.
n
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements.
n
- Experience managing incidents, breaches, complaints, or remediation activities.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
n
