ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Assistant Store Manager to join the Superdry team at Moorabbin. You’ll be right in the middle of the action bringing the Superdry attitude to life, motivating the team, smashing sales goals and making sure every customer walks out feeling like they’ve found something awesome. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love fashion and aren’t afraid to get stuck in, this could be your perfect next move!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Supporting the Store Manager to motivate, develop and get the best out of the team
- Leading from the front and creating an energetic, customer-focused store environment
- Coaching and encouraging team members to smash sales targets and KPIs
- Keeping a close eye on store performance and turning opportunities into results
- Bringing the Superdry look to life through strong visual merchandising and organised stock management
- Staying proactive with loss prevention and helping keep shrinkage to a minimum
- Helping create a safe, positive and healthy workplace for everyone, in line with OH&S; requirements
