Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a very small portfolio, this is an prospect that will see you:

- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
n
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
n
- Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
n
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
n
- Assisting with the management of junior staff members
n
n
The Candidate
n
n
- Previous experience in Strata Management
n
- BMC experience is essential
n
- Excellent Communication Skills
n
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
n
- Have a high level of computer skills
n
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
n
- This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks
n
