We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Double Bay store in NSW on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

n

- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
n
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
n
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
n

n

What success looks like in this role:

n

n
- Prior experience managing a large format retail setting where you inspire and educate large teams
n
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
n




- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
n
- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
