Workwear Group is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across the Totally Workwear franchise network. You will own the GRC program, develop and maintain policies, SOPs and the Operators Manual, and drive consistent, legally compliant operations.

You'll translate legislative changes, manage franchise audits, partner with external counsel, and deliver training and communications to operators.
