We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled operator looking for consistent work, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work across a variety of projects.

You will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently while supporting the wider site team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Safely operate excavators across various worksites
n
- Carry out excavation, trenching, loading and general earthworks
n
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up
n
- Follow plans, site instructions and safety procedures
n
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues
n
- Work closely with other operators and site personnel
n
- Maintain a clean and protected work area
n
- Complete work efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Skills and experience
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience in civil, construction or earthmoving environments
n
- Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
n
- Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliable work ethic and punctuality
n
- Ability to work independently when required
n
- Relevant tickets or licences
n
- White Card preferred
n
