Job Description

Dadirri Disability Services provides supported independent living in a group home setting for people with disabilities. Your role will be to assist our residents in achieving their full potential, and to help them attain their highest level of independence and integration into the community.

Our group homes operate a 24-hour roster, 7-days a week, 365-days a year, therefore we can offer both day shifts and nights shifts depending upon your availability. The position will begin as casual, with part-time contracts considered after a 12-month employment period.

- Facilitate the residents personal development and community participation




- Assist in the effective day-to-day operation of our group homes
- Promote and maintain a healthy and safe environment for our residents
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of EEO and anti-discrimination, WHS principles and commitment to ethical practices
- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
- Current First Aid and CRP Certificate
