VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blowmoulding Technician to be a part of our client's business Bev Plastics Pty Ltd in Braeside. Our client offers a outstanding working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Set up and change over blow moulding dies and line-changing equipment according to production schedules.
n
- Start up, operate, and shut down blow moulding machines while maintaining optimal machine parameters.
n
- Record and monitor key machine conditions such as temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels to ensure consistent performance.
n
- Conduct routine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.
n
- Inspect products to ensure they meet required specifications and conduct basic quality control tests.
n
- Collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.
n




- Assist in fabricating or modifying equipment and tools as needed to support production needs.
n
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
n
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment at all times.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Proven experience as a die setter cum Technician in Extrusion Blow moulding environment
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plastic processing
n
- Familiarity with safety standards and machine operating procedures
n
- Have a reliable work history with good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Flexible to work when required
n

Remuneration:

n

Remuneration: $78,000.00 - $83,000.00 including superannuation Location: 27 Macbeth St, Braeside VIC 3195 This position will give you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a growing business.
