Junction is a gathering place celebrating the region's finest. Open Thursday through till Sunday we're seeking a Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a rare and unique opportunity creating beautiful shared plates with an emphasis on seasonal and local produce.

Responsibilities

- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
n
- Working under pressure in a quick paced environment
n
- Ability to work nights and weekends
n
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards

Requirements

- Experience and/or qualifications in commercial cookery
n
- Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
n
- Ability to cope under pressure and ensure consistency
n
- Dedication and passion in your role
n
