- Effluent management and environmental compliance
- Water reuse and irrigation projects
- WWTP upgrade and expansion initiatives
- Sustainability and water reduction roadmap
- Food, dairy, beverage or FMCG experience preferred
- Solid site execution and commissioning experience
- Ability to work hands-on in a live manufacturing environment
- Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Willingness to be based full-time or at least regular travels in Kiewa, Victoria
