An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Duty Manager to support a high-performing front-of-house team within one of the group's flagship venues.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced hospitality qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily restaurant operations, drive exceptional customer service, and develop a motivated front-of-house team. Working closely with senior venue leadership and the kitchen team, you will ensure smooth service,



maintain high operational standards and contribute to the continued success of the venue.

Skills & Experience

- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing labour costs, rosters and day-to-day operational performance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor.
- Current RSA & RP certification.
