Job Description

What Ability is seeking a SIL Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living homes in NSW. You will support participants with daily living, skill-building, and achieving individual NDIS goals in a secure, respectful home.

You will work across a fortnightly roster, providing personal care, health support, documentation, and community access where appropriate, always upholding dignity and rights of participants.
