Clinical Environment

- Exposure to major trauma, resus, and complex medical/surgical emergencies
n
- Supportive supervision structure with on-site FACEMs and registrars
n
- Work alongside ICU, retrieval, and specialist teams
n
- Balance clinical autonomy with structured support and escalation pathways
n
- Diverse pathology mix with metro and regional presentations

Eligibility Criteria
n
n
- General or Specialist AHPRA Registration
n
- Recent emergency or critical care experience
n
- NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing
n
n

- Up to $250/hour depending on role and shift type
