Customer Service Representative AU (m/f/d)

n

Job Function: Supply Chain & Procurement

n

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, AU, 2113

n

Work Flexibility: Onsite (Office/ Production)

n

n
- Sales interaction with internal/post sale customers.
n
- Processing quotes and orders.
n
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
n
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints.
n
- Developing and building customer relationships.
n
- Maintaining back orders.
n
- Processing applications for warranty/faulty/customer's property and credits, ensuring replacements are sent out in a timely manner.
n
- Coordinating and maintaining records of repairs with manufacturing and outside contractors.
n
- Generate ad hoc reports as needed
n
- Follow up internal/external customer enquiries and respond within the company expectations.
n
- Manipulating and understand Excel reports.
n




- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of action taken.
n
- Adherence to regulatory procedures in order to maintain ISO compliance.
n
- Work in conjunction with the warehouse team, sales team and other internal stakeholders.
n
- Administration back up as required;
n
- Other tasks or projects as required by the Customer Service Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Your Talents

n

n
- Works in a calm and logical way to solve issues.
n
- Excellent phone manner.
n
- Intermediate Word, Outlook and Access skills.
n
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to do VLOOKUP's and Marcos.
n
- A medical background or experience with a medical company is desirable, however not essential.
n
- SAP experience is highly regarded.
n
