Job Role : The solution consultant role involves a set of activities and processes that support the sales team and educate potential customers before a deal is closed. Professionals in this role act as a crucial bridge between a customer's needs and the product's technical capabilities, ensuring alignment and building trust to increase the chances of a successful sale.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

n

n
- Prior experience in conducting presentations to prospective customers highlighting the value of products and services
n
- Motivated to win opportunities
n
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
n
- Suggest best practices within the scope of our products' capabilities
n
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HCM space or relevant industry experience
n
- A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting complex presentations / Demos
n
- Work with the Product Management team for continuous product improvement
n

n

This role will be located in our Cremorne Office. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
