Role Overview:

n

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based care for NDIS and aged care clients. You will be assisting with personal care, social engagement, domestic tasks, and promoting well-being.

n

Mandatory Requirements:

n

n
- Current Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or equivalent)
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Current National Police Clearance
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- CPR Certification
n
- Manual Handling / Humanization History Training
n




- Infection Control and Prevention Certificate
n
- Unrestricted SA Driver's License and reliable vehicle
n

Key Duties:

n

- Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
n
- Domestic tasks (laundry, meal prep, light cleaning)
n
- Social support and transport to appointments
n
- Following participant care plans and reporting notes
n
- Promoting independence and community participation
n
