Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with mixing and blending ingredients as required.
n
- Operating ovens and managing baking processes to produce baked goods.
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area.
n
- Following all health and safety protocols while handling food production equipment.
n
- Supporting team members in adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
n
- Reporting any safety concerns or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
n
- Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance during allocated shifts.
n
- Preparing and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment at all times.
n

- Shaping cookies and removing baked items from trays post baking.
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production area.
n
- Following all health and safety protocols while handling food production equipment.
n
- Supporting team members in adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
n
- Reporting any safety concerns or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
n
- Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance during allocated shifts.
n
- Preparing and maintaining a safe and hygienic work workplace at all times.
n

Key Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Prior experience in food production or baking desirable but not essential.
n
- Experience with blending or mixing ingredients is preferred.
n
- Reliable and punctual with a good attitude towards teamwork.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Availability for full-time hours, with shifts starting at 6 am, 7 am, or 8 am depending on the production area.
n
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle food products, and operate related equipment.
n
- Demonstrated reliability and positive work attitude.
n
- Current or willingness to obtain relevant food safety certifications and compliance training.
n
