Job Description

NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Nurse Prescriber) to join the ADHD & Autism Service, developing recent ways of working and implementing non-medical prescribing within policy and protocols.

The post holder will prescribe independently or as supplementary prescriber within their competence, maintain patient records, and collaborate with consultants, GP's and other clinicians to optimise care in a trust-wide setting.
