Are you an organised HR professional who enjoys supporting people and keeping processes running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join a cooperative team on a temporary contract during an exciting period of transition.

In this role, you'll:

n

n
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
n
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
n
- Maintain employee records and HRIS (ELMO experience highly regarded)
n
- Respond to People & Culture enquiries with professionalism and care
n
- Assist with process documentation, handovers and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Help ensure a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle
n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Experience in a People & Culture or HR Coordinator/Administrator role
n
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
n
- Experience with ELMO or another HRIS (highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive, adaptable and service-focused approach
n
