Moreton Hospitality seeks an Operations Manager to run The Straddie Hotel on North Stradbroke Island. You will lead daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming and functions, manage rosters and budgets, and develop department managers with regular performance reviews.

This hands-on role requires solid leadership, compliance with liquor licensing, and experience with POS and inventory systems. Availability across nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
