Randstad HR Partners is excited to partner with a well-respected FMCG business in Sydney to recruit an HR Advisor for a 6-month temporary assignment (with possible permanent conversion). You will provide HR support to the client group and executive teams to help achieve corporate objectives.
Key elements include HR projects, stakeholder management, and a broad generalist remit covering ER, performance management, learning and development, and compliance with employment legislation.
