Griffiths Parry Lawyers is looking for an experienced Commercial & Property Paralegal to join our friendly Sunshine Coast team.

You will assist with a varied mix of property and commercial matters, including:

- assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
- preparing and reviewing contracts and transaction documents;
- assisting with commercial property acquisitions and disposals;
- assisting with leasing matters, including preparation and administration of lease documentation;
- conducting property, company and other relevant searches;
- assisting with business sales and purchases;
- preparing correspondence and documentation for clients, solicitors, agents, banks and other stakeholders;
- coordinating settlements and key transaction dates;
- managing electronic conveyancing processes, including PEXA;
- maintaining matter files, precedents and critical date systems;
- liaising directly with clients and third parties throughout transactions; and
- providing general paralegal and administrative support to the Commercial and Property team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, confident managing files and deadlines, and has high attention to detail.



Previous experience in property, conveyancing or commercial law will be highly regarded. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about the client experience and enjoys being part of a team.
