Pearl Maintenance is seeking a agile Leading Hand Boilermaker to run jobs from start to finish across workshop, town, and site work. You will lead a small crew, read technical drawings, plan sequencing and materials, and ensure quality and safety on site. Direct liaison with the Director and clients will inform progress.
