We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer to support the delivery of a portfolio of projects within a complex and fast-paced environment. Working with limited direction, you will coordinate project activities, manage schedules and reporting, engage with stakeholders, and provide specialist advice to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage and coordinate project activities and deliverables.
n
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks.
n
- Prepare project documentation including business cases, executive briefs, plans, and reports.
n
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure, procurement activities, and contracts.
n
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and benefits.
n
- Support quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
n
- Conduct research,
analysis, and reporting to support project objectives.
n
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project team members.
n
- Represent the project team in meetings, workshops, and other forums.
n
n
About You
n
You are a highly organised project professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You can effectively manage competing priorities, apply sound judgement, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing projects within established project management frameworks.
n
- Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting, and coordination skills.
n
- Experience monitoring project performance, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
n
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
n
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Experience contributing to quality management and process improvement initiatives.
n
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop staff where required.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
