The Opportunity

Sante Recruitment is seeking experienced Interventional and General Radiologists for a range of onsite locum opportunities across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

n

With multiple hospital and private imaging sites available, these positions offer exceptional flexibility for Radiologists looking to undertake locum work around their existing commitments.

n

A Wide Range Of Dates Are Available Between

n

Monday 24 August 2026 and Friday 1 January 2027

n

You can select the weeks and locations that best suit your availability.

n

The Roles Opportunities are available for Tier B and General Radiologists, with positions across a range of established hospitals and imaging practices.

n

The sites offer a comprehensive range of imaging services, including:

- X-ray
n
- Ultrasound
n
- CT
n
- MRI
n
- Tier A procedures
n
- Tier B procedures
n
- General radiology reporting
n
- Interventional procedures, depending on your credentialled skillset
n

You will only be required to report or perform procedures within your established scope of practice and credentialled skillset.

n

Working Hours

n

n
- Monday to Friday
n
- Typically 8:30am – 5:00pm
n
- No weekends
n
- No on-call
n
- Flexible scheduling around your availability
n

Remuneration

n

Up to $4,000 per day Rates vary depending on the site, role, experience and scope of practice.

n

Support & Credentialling

n

Sante Recruitment will work with you throughout the placement process.

n

Travel, credentialling and logistical arrangements will be coordinated by the experienced credentialling team, helping make the transition into each site as straightforward as possible.

n

On your first day, you will receive RIS/PACS and workflow orientation to ensure you are familiar with the local systems and processes.

Requirements Applicants Must Have

n

n
- Specialist registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain registration
n
- Appropriate specialist qualifications in Radiology
n
- General Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology experience
n
- Relevant Australian or equivalent overseas specialist qualifications
n
- Appropriate credentialling for the proposed scope of practice
n

n

International Medical Graduates with recognised overseas specialist qualifications are encouraged to enquire regarding eligibility.
