Role Requirements
The opportunities have become available for an Educational Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need:
a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
a current and valid Working with Children Check
a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
an ability to interpret curriculum documents
effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Oversee and role model the delivery of a high‑quality, inclusive, educational program.
Participate in professional and personal development.
Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
