Stellar Systems is a well-established Managed Services Provider with a significant and growing client base who is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Support Technician to join our talented team.

n

To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and have a keen interest in progressing your IT skills & career. An interest in learning is essential to progress in this position - ongoing training & mentoring will be provided to continually increase your exposure to key technologies required to progress in the IT industry.

n

This role is best suited to a recent graduate who is seeking to gain entry into the IT industry. However, we are also open to candidates with one to two years experience that are interested in making a move.The role is based at our modern office in Osborne Park.

n

Primary Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform hardware runups & configuration
n
- Perform user account creation, termination and maintenance
n
- Providing general IT support to our client base
n




- Assist technicians with tasks under guidance as required
n
- Involvement with the implementation of interesting ICT projects
n
- Communicate effectively to other technical personnel and clients
n
- Document all work performed within a ticketing system
n

n

The successful person will have:

n

n
- IT Qualification or Certification
n
- Demonstrate understanding / passion of ICT technologies
n
- Desire for career progression within industry
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
n
- Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency
n
- Police clearance
n
