Job Description

Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at Ballarat for one of our clients. You will be responsible for people welfare, onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention.

In this role, you will handle payroll reconciliations, PLS worker mobilisation, transport to clinics when needed, VEVO check reporting, and overall management of clients and staff.
