Aboutthe role

We areseeking an enthusiastic Junior Analyst to join our Administrationteam in our Sydney office and support the firm’s ongoing Anti-MoneyLaundering (AML) function. This full-time, 6-month fixed-termcontract presents a fantastic opportunity to begin your career incompliance and gain hands‑on experience within a supportiveteam.

Reporting tothe Director, AML Compliance, you will provide practical support tothe AML team following the successful commencement of the newAML/CTF obligations on 1 July 2026. With the initial implementationphase now complete, the focus has shifted to maintaining andmanaging AML business-as-usual activities, including customer duediligence (CDD), ongoing monitoring, client onboarding, riskassessments and related compliance documentation.

Whatdoes the role involve?

- Supporting CDDproduction and client due diligence activities during periodsof increased volume or competing priorities
- Assisting with clientonboarding, risk assessments and associated AMLdocumentation
- Maintaining accurate AMLregisters, records, workflow tracking and related compliancedocumentation
- Supporting ongoingmonitoring and other BAU AML activities as required
- Helpingmaintain priority work and service continuity while the AMLoperating model settles into BAU
- Escalating issues whereappropriate and providing support to the Director, AMLCompliance, and the broader AML team

Aboutyou

To besuccessful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Abachelor's degree in administration or a relatedfield
- A keeninterest in compliance, risk, or financial crimeprevention
- Strongattention to detail and willingness to learn




- Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
- Theability to work both independently andcollaboratively
- Acommitment to ethical conduct and professionalgrowth
- Priorexperience or certification in AML is a plus, but notrequired
