Innova Search are exclusively partnering with a well-established Australian technology business with a large-scale digital product used by a broad customer base.

This is a mid-level engineering role, so you'll need 2–4 years' commercial experience and be Brisbane or Sydney based with full working rights in Australia. No sponsorship or overseas applications available.

What you'll own

n

- Full software lifecycle: Develop, test and maintain high-quality software across a mature digital product.
n
- Engineering delivery: Contribute across software design, development, testing, integration and release.
n
- Quality & reliability: Apply secure, scalable and maintainable engineering practices across the platform.
n
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to improving systems, processes and engineering practices rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
n
- Cross-functional delivery: Work closely with engineering, product, quality and business stakeholders to solve problems and deliver outcomes.
n
- Team contribution: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, peer reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- 2–4 years' commercial experience in a fullstack engineering role
n
- Strong experience with C#, Angular or similar technologies
n
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle,



version control and testing practices
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
n
- Experience contributing across design, development, testing, integration and release
n
- Exposure to Agile and/or DevOps delivery practices
n
- Experience or interest in Agentic AI development
n
- Experience working in regulated environment would be beneficial
n
- A willingness to learn, adapt and continue developing your technical skills
n
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience
n
