We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in a role designed for longevity, balance and professional pride.

About the role

- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for owners and tenants
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Oversee repairs and maintenance with support from your assistants
- Review and sign off on entry condition reports
- Support end of tenancies including exit inspections and bonds
- Conduct routine and letting inspections where required
- Manage general portfolio oversight and compliance
- Utilise industry-leading systems including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, RP Data, PriceFinder and Realworks

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong tenure and pride in your previous roles
- Valid driver’s licence




- A love of structure, systems and processes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
