If you've heard of Tinka, you probably already know we take our coffee seriously. We're a well-loved café in Launceston with a loyal following and a reputation built on consistently great espresso, warm service, and a genuinely fun place to work. We're looking for a barista who gives a damn about what they're making and knows how to have a positive time doing it.

This is a casual role with regular hours sitting around 10–20 hours a week, with the opportunity for growth as we open our next venue.
n Shifts are mornings, so you're done and dusted well before the afternoon is over.

What we're looking for:

n

- Solid barista skills: consistent shots, properly textured milk, confident latte art.. You should be comfortable behind the machine and confident in a busy service environment.

- Weekend availability is a must, that's when we need you most
n




- A genuine love of coffee, not just an ability to make it
n
- Someone who's switched on, takes pride in their work, and gets along well with a team
n

Pay: $32.00 – $39.00 per hour
