Your OpportunityWe're looking for caring and dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our Rosalie Nursing Care Centre team. You'll work in a safe, welcoming environment where residents are supported to maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful connections every day.

We have Casual roles available, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights—perfect for those seeking variety, work-life balance, or a meaningful career in aged care.

What You'll BringWe're seeking team members who are warm, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. Ideally, you'll have:

- Genuine empathy for older people and understanding of their needs
n
- Ability to provide high-quality personal care, continence support, and safe manual handling
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) – essential
n
- Previous experience in residential aged care
n
- Current National Police Clearance
n
- Availability to work any shift
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, professional approach
n
