Fighting Chance is seeking an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across our social enterprises. You will partner with hiring managers to understand roles and culture, build effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
You will bring internal recruitment/HR admin experience, familiarity with HRIS/ATS (Employment Hero and Monday.com), and a passion for building diverse, inclusive teams.
