Are you an experienced Bobcat/Skid Steer Operator looking for steady, local work?
n Join Jet Black Pavements – a locally owned and operated asphalt laying business with a strong reputation for quality and reliability across the Central Coast. We are steadily growing and are looking for a motivated Bobcat Operator to join our close-knit team.

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer machinery (asphalt or civil experience highly regarded)
n
- White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence an advantage)
n




- Ability to assist the crew with general asphalt and labouring tasks when required
n
- Sound knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, and asphalt processes
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
n
- Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage
n

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer safely and efficiently across asphalt and civil works projects
n
- Load, spread, and level asphalt and materials
n
- Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipment
n
- Assist the crew with general site and asphalt works when needed
n
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented setting
n
