Client Relationship Manager - Specialists

Australian Clinical Labs is one of Australia's leading pathology providers, with over 5,000 employees, approximately 100 NATA accredited laboratories and close to 6 million episodes performed each year. We are the largest provider of pathology services to public hospitals in Australia and our WA business is growing.

We are looking for a commercially driven relationship professional to join us as Client Relationship Manager, Specialists. In this role you will own the management and growth of our specialist client base across your assigned territory, deepening relationships with existing specialist practices and winning recent business from clients currently with competitive providers.

This is a genuinely autonomous, client-facing role for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with medical specialists and turning strategy into results on the ground. The role is based at our WA headquarters in Osborne Park, with territory details and the bonus structure discussed at interview.

What you will be doing

- Planning and managing your own territory schedule, with tasks identified, prioritised and forward-planned using the company CRM
- Maintaining regular engagement with key specialist accounts and prioritising visits according to business volume and potential
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including specialist clients currently with competitive providers
- Providing clients with clear, accurate information on Australian Clinical Labs services and how they meet each client's needs
- Achieving sales, margin and episode targets set for the territory
- Maintaining accurate client records, territory business plans and reporting
- Supporting marketing initiatives and company-sponsored events

What we are looking for

- Experience in territory management within pathology or the broader medical industry




- Tertiary qualifications in a science or business-related discipline
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen and analytical ability, with the capacity to translate strategy and data into day-to-day activity
- Self-motivation and decisiveness, with the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability
