Bullinah Aboriginal Health Service is seeking an experiencedPractice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Clinical Servicesteam.

n

Working closely with the Executive Officer and a committedmultidisciplinary leadership team, you'll play a key role in strengtheningclinical services, supporting staff and helping shape the future of primaryhealth care at Bullinah.

About the role

n

As Practice Manager you will:

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Bullinah'sClinical Services.
n
- Support and develop a multidisciplinary teamthrough coaching, mentoring and transparent leadership.
n
- Oversee Medicare billing, funding andoperational systems to maximise efficiency and compliance.
n
- Drive continuous quality improvement,accreditation and service development.
n
- Build strong relationships with staff,community, partner organisations and key stakeholders.
n




- Support organisational change while fostering apositive and respectful workplace culture.
n

About you

n

You're an experienced and approachable leader who enjoysdeveloping people, improving systems and creating a positive workplace culture.You lead by example, communicate with honesty and respect, and know how tobalance operational demands with genuine care for your team.

n

You have the confidence to lead a busy clinical servicewhile remaining approachable, organised and solutions focused. You communicatewell, build positive relationships and understand that strong systems and apositive workplace culture go hand in hand.

n

You'll bring:

- High emotional intelligence, approachability,and professionalism.
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthor primary care environment.
n
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, practiceoperations and clinical administration.
n
- Experience leading, coaching and developingmultidisciplinary teams.
n
- Excellent organisational, communication andproblem-solving skills.
n
- The ability to lead change, improve systems andbuild collaborative relationships.
n
- A genuine commitment to culturally safe,community-centred healthcare.
n
- Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent, orwillingness to obtain.
n
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
n
- Working with Children Check and National PoliceCheck.
n
