This is a full-time hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering incredible camp experiences for people with disabilities across Western Australia.

You’ll coordinate the planning and delivery of respite end-to-end - from participant bookings and logistics, through to on-the-ground support and post-respite follow up. You’ll work closely with Respite Leads, participants, families, and the national team to make sure every respite runs smoothly, safely, and is genuinely fun.

This role combines operations, people leadership, logistics, and problem solving, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and loves bringing experiences to life.

Minimum 2 years experience required

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating the assignment of Respite Leads for each respite booking and communicating/ owning respite budgets.

Handling state-based enquiries via respite email and creating respite quotes (external enquiries only).





Working with State-Team to ensure all participants are booked at least 1 month in advance and communicating parent information prior to respite bookings.

Updating participant-specific requirements and documentation in Supportmate where required.

Maintaining State-based regulations and compliance requirements, including following medication processes.

Booking respite accommodations, reviewing property locations and floor plans.

Ensuring completion of mandatory forms within 24 hours post-respite bookings.

Managing respite financials for reimbursement, expenses, and receipts.

Involvement in the close out of all required incidents report on respite bookings.

Collaborating with the National Support Manager to meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements, and external and internal standards.

Ensuring all respite staff (including Respite Leads and Support Workers) have adequate training – including pre-respite meetings and Respite Inductions.

Supervision and safeguarding requirements are followed (including PSA programmes).

Ensure State Respite Leads adhere to participants' Support Plans, coordinate pre-respite communications and preparations, conduct daily compliance checks, manage post-respite requirements, handle medication assistance, and maintain high standards of care and safety.
