About the Role

n

As our Strata Team Leader, you will:

n

n
- Lead, mentor and support a team of strata professionals to achieve service excellence.
n
- Build strong client relationships and provide trusted advice on strata governance and operations.
n




- Support the team in managing complex matters and resolving challenges effectively.
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, by-laws and industry standards.
n
- Drive proactive strategies that improve service delivery and community-living outcomes.
n
- Encourage accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
n

About You

n

You will bring:

- A minimum of five years' strata management experience and strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service and positive community outcomes.
