We are recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its Litigation & Insolvency team in Bondi Junction.

n

This is a hands-on role working closely with a busy disputes team across court processes, matter management and the day-to-day progression of litigation files.

n

The role

n

n
- Prepare and file court and tribunal documents
n
- Assist with affidavits, subpoenas and service
n
- Prepare briefs to counsel and court materials
n
- Manage court dates, critical deadlines and matter progression
n
- Liaise with clients, barristers and other stakeholders
n
- Assist with correspondence and document preparation
n
- Maintain and manage matters within Actionstep
n
- Support the broader file management and administration involved in running litigation matters
n
- Work with legal technology including Actionstep, Harvey AI, DocuSign and Westlaw
n

About you

n

You may already be working as a Litigation Paralegal, or perhaps you're an experienced Legal Assistant looking to move further into paralegal work.

n





We're looking for someone who brings:

- Previous practical experience within litigation or dispute resolution
n
- Exposure to court processes and documentation
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confidence managing deadlines and competing priorities
n
- An interest in commercial litigation and insolvency
n
- A willingness to take ownership of your work and learn
n

This is a full time position and requires previous hands-on litigation experience. For this reason, it won't be suitable for students looking to gain their first legal/litigation experience or candidates seeking part-time hours.
