This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026.

The Role
The successful applicant would work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical and human resource processes of the school. The successful applicant should assist with the business operations, financial planning and budgeting, and work with the principal to recruit, supervise and manage support staff. The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
It would be highly desirable for the successful applicant to possess a proficient understanding of Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), RM Finance, RM Billing, Student Centred Funding (SCF), staff recruitment processes and Student Information Systems (SIS). The primary role of the MCS is the responsibility for human resource management and finance and planning. A strong knowledge of COMPASS and ability to manage our ICT infrastructure, devices and service providers is essential.
The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders and developing strong community relationships and links. You should display outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. You should also have outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and should work closely with the leadership of the school to respond to customer enquiries and issues.

Eligibility
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
