Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
n
- Configure and support one or more SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning (LMS), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, or Time Management.
n
- Perform system configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.
n
- Work with integration teams on SAP CPI/Integration Suite and third-party HR systems.
n
- Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials.
n




- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
n
- Hands-on expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
n
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
n
- Knowledge of Business Rules, MDF, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Integration Center, and reporting.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module.
n
- Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations.
n
- Experience working in Agile environments.
n

n

Eligibility

- This is a Full-Time (Permanent) chance only.

- Candidates must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a valid unrestricted work visa).
n
- Must be willing to work from Melbourne.
