Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to join a major ERP transformation, replacing a legacy Sage workplace with Oracle NetSuite across a complex, multi-entity organisation.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll own the data migration workstream end-to-end. You'll be responsible for the overall strategy and plan, while also getting into the detail across extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy and delivery
n
- Extract and prepare data from Sage and other source systems
n
- Manage data cleansing and data quality activities
n
- Develop source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
n
- Prepare and manage NetSuite data upload templates
n
- Lead data validation, reconciliation and issue resolution
n
- Manage migration testing, mock loads and cutover activities
n
- Work closely with Finance,



Technology and external implementation partners
n
- Manage migration risks, issues, reporting and data readiness
n
- Develop a repeatable migration approach for future entity rollout waves
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Proven experience leading end-to-end data migrations
n
- Strong NetSuite data migration experience
n
- ERP and finance data migration experience
n
- Experience with GL, Chart of Accounts, AP, AR, vendors, customers, fixed assets and financial balances
n
- Strong experience across mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading and reconciliation
n
- Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on
n
- Experience working across complex, multi-entity environments
n
